Beautiful beach, but limited dining
The beach was stunning and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax. The staff at the bars were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, dining options were limited, especially for lunch. We only had access to one buffet and one restaurant for dinner, which was disappointing.

No shade options by the beach chairs, annoying towel card system for picking up towels!!! The premium alcohol service is the same as non-premium, so it's not worth the upgrade!!!

The oceanfront views from the Junior Suite are stunning, giving you a front-row seat to the shimmering waters. The layout of the Premium Level building feels spacious, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.
Upgrading to the Premium Level didn't seem to deliver any extra perks that made it worth the extra cash. the premium drinks are the same as those offered to everyone else. The towel card system is a hassle, forcing you to pay attention to returning towels or risk extra charges. The concierge service was nearly nonexistent, which added to the struggle when trying to secure dinner reservations.

would definitely go back
The Junior Suite was spacious and super clean. Loved having a hot tub on the balcony. The pools were huge and well-kept, and there were plenty of lounge chairs with shade. Beach was stunning with palm trees. The taco bar was a must-try! The spa had amazing treatments like the full body massage and a beautiful relaxation area.

Impressive atmosphere with spacious areas where you'll never feel overcrowded. The pools were pristine, and I loved the variety of food options at the large buffet restaurant, especially the Angus beef. Evening live performances added a vibrant touch to the stay. However, quicker beach drink service would enhance the experience, as would the addition of more lounge chairs on the beach.

The vibrant tropical gardens stood out during my stay. Clean and spacious pools provided ample space for lounging. Dining options impressed me with diversity and consistently delicious food. Staff were attentive and friendly, always willing to help. My room was beautifully decorated and included a hot tub, which was a nice touch. However, I found the towel card system outdated and inconvenient. The beach service was lacking, as more servers were needed for quicker drink service. A couple of times, I had to wait too long for my orders at the beach bar, which lost some of that relaxing vibe I was seeking. Still, the overall atmosphere was serene and enjoyable. I appreciated late pool hours. it allowed for more flexibility in enjoying the facilities throughout the day.
